Below are the crimes that will
go punished in the lands of Illcara.
Common Crimes
All who engage in the following will be fined
an appropriate amount to the Lord of the land, and may be required to tithe
service.
- Those who operate a business or buy and sell without the
approval and the paying of the proper fees and tithes.
- Those who accuse another falsely, or with intent to
defame their good name.
- Those who endanger another without regard to health or
well being.
- Those who use magic or Alchemical mixtures to influence
the moods or attitudes of persons for their own personal gain.
- Those who are fraudulent in their dealings.
- Those who print material defaming the good name of
another for personal gain or satisfaction.
- Those who become enraged or disorderly and cause harm to
another.
- Selling or buying stolen goods.
- Those who steal from another’s person will be dealt with
harshly.
Low Crimes
All who engage in the following will be put in
jail for a minimum of one night, or be fined an amount of money.

Those who seek out another and attack with intent to injure severely.
2.
Those who seek out another and attack with intent to injure and rob their
person.
3.
Those who publicly defame a person’s good name and cast doubt in their
character.
4.
Those who demand monies or service from another under threat of harm or
defamation.
5.
Those who destroy another’s property or set fire to another’s house or
lands.
6.
Those who seek out and injure a person with the intent to kill them.
7.
Those who hold another for a length of time against their will.
8.
Those who conspire against local authority.
9.
Those who abduct another and hold them for ransom.
10.
Those who mock or otherwise present a Noble Personage as an incompetent
or a subject of a jest.
Serious Crimes
All who engage in the
following will be put to death in the manner that the Lord of the land chooses.
- Those who kill another in cold blood.
- Those who forge documents or coin of worth in the land.
- Those who disobey a command from a noble or show
contempt against a Noble’s Title.
- Those who commit a crime and flee from the consequences.
- Those military persons who willfully desert their post.
- Those who assault those of Civil Authority.
- Those who engage in the actions of Piracy or
Banditeering.
- Those who refuse to pay necessary dues or tithes.
High Crimes
All who engage in the
following will suffer the process of obliteration.
- Those who planned and implemented another’s death.
- Those who speak treasonous slander against the Crown.
- Those who plot the downfall of the Crown or vassals of
the Crown.
- Those who assault, attack, or otherwise willfully harm a
Vassal of the Crown.
